A named technical contact. Published support hours.
Greek and English ticket support, Monday–Friday 10:00–18:00, Europe/Athens. Pilot target: first response within eight business hours. Continuous monitoring does not mean continuous human availability.

Dedicated Hetzner servers provide the foundation. We agree access, resources and support for each site. A second server is not automatic failover.

When will my hosting be activated?
We agree the activation date after reviewing your site, capacity and migration needs. Creating an account does not automatically move or charge an existing site.
Are annual plans available?
The pilot uses monthly billing. Planned annual prices after the pilot are €290 for WordPress, €690 for WooCommerce and €1,190 for Agency 5, plus VAT. Annual billing is not open yet.
Who talks to my clients?
Your agency remains the primary contact. VUST contacts a client only through the support arrangement you approve. Access is assigned per site; a quote does not grant access.
What happens if I leave?
You retain ownership of your website and domain. We document access, exports and the migration-out process so a handover can be planned clearly.
